Tasty food, huge portions, healthy vegetables, not too far from the beach, not a very long wait. Only deals in cash, be prepared.Tricky to decide what to order from the menu, all options looked really tasty. A chair or two to sit on while waiting for orders might be nice in the future :)Stand while you wait.Delicious sauces provided.

Had the meat jun plate with no rice extra vegetables. Meat jun was a little tough but they gave a good size. Eating area is outside and very limited seating. Overall good place if you want to have a quick bite to eat for korean takeout

There are barely any places to dine-in (only in a filthy outdoor area), so take it to go.

Food was very fresh and tasty, and the service was quite and kind. Portions are good and the selection of dishes is big, so you are likely to find something that you like. The Kal Bi BBQ (#1) is very recommended, the meat itself was just superb. The glass noodles were super tasty as well

This place is literally a hole in the wall. If you make it there, prepare to be rewarded with delicious Korean food. The meals will definitely fill you up especially with the amount of food that is given. BBQ plates come with rice and four side dishes that you get to choose (kimchee, bean sprouts, broccoli, macaroni salad, chap chae, cabbage, etc.). There are some tables and chairs outside for people to eat there, but, all the food is served ready to go. There is only street parking, but it might be a good idea just to park a mile away and walk there so you can walk off your meal on the way back.

Great place to get some good Korean bbq is your hungry. They are closed on Sundays but the rest of the week they give nice portions. For the middle of Waikiki it’s a pretty good deal I split one plate with my girlfriend or save the extra food for a another meal later.

Amazing Korean-bbq in Hawaii, if you are willing to wait what ends up taking a while for larger orders, especially during rush dinner hours. The bbq chicken and beef were the best things on the menu

Great place for dinner. Reasonable pricing for Waikiki area. The only downside is they didn’t accept credit card and I didn’t get any receipt. Otherwise I’d recommend this place to others. This place cash only. You would need to bring your own water or buy from them bottled water. Gotta admit they put a lot of food in to-go-box, most likely will end up with left over

I had the BBQ chicken plate and chicken katsu plate here. This place is a real hidden gem. Food tasted fresh and very generous portions. Outdoor seating was limited but we found a spot for my family of 4. I highly recommend going at odd times to avoid the lineup and disorganized way they take orders and run this place.

Surprisingly good Korean "fast" food spot. Was needing a quick bite one late night and stumbled upon this place - very large portions for the price, and was honestly surprised by the quality, not to mention that service was SUPER fast. Enjoyed their kimchi! :)

A great Korean Bbq plate lunch spot. The food, service, and price are great for Waikiki. I like the Spicy Pork, the ribs, and the Chicken wings. I have been coming here for years as I live close by in Waikiki. Four sides are included with most entrees. Everything is fresh, always good and in a clean professional environment. Seating is small and outside. I hope you will enjoy it as much as I do.

Simple offerings of good Korean food at reasonable prices.

This place is like a hidden gem! They have so many options to choose from, and their portion size is VERY generous (we went for dinner, but had enough left over for breakfast too). Our each dishes cost less than $15, you also get to pick 4 side dishes (yaay!). Every thing was very tasty (except the Chicken Katsu was very dry). A must visit place :)

The BBQ chicken and beef were great but it was the sides (vegetables, potatoes, kimchi, etc.) that make this place really worth a visit. The "full" meal is pretty large. Some couples may be able to share one. Friendly service. Highly recommended.

The food is pretty good. The wait is very long. It's cash-only, they really should put a sign outside so you don't have to find out only when you're finally inside.

Very good food and big portions

This is a small place with outside dining area. We did take out because it was raining heavily. The food was excellent - we got chicken katsu and Na's special. We got 4 great sides with these. Absolutely great and satisfying. And prices were reasonable. Much better than the other expensive restaurants in the area. Highly recommend this place!

I was told about Me s by the locals..The food was amazing! Quick, friendly, and easy Ordering! Best price for the amount of food ...i ordered the spicy chicken, added spicy sauce with no regrets! Found out the joint opened at 7 for breakfast, and enjoyed the egg and potatoes plate...Amazing..dont leave Waikiki until you try Me"s B BQ!

The food is good and plentiful but pricey. You're looking at spending $12-17 for a meal. It is a lot of food and if you're not hugely hungry it could easily feed 2 people. I got the Sunny's special which was good.

The two of us split one of the entrees and both were pleased with the portion size and flavor of the food. I highly recommend this place for dining on a budget. I read complaints on reviews about the staff being rude or irritable. I didn't experience any of that but the extreme heat those poor people work in on the daily is enough to make anyone grumpy. If you are looking for a dinner dining experience, go elsewhere but if you're looking to eat delicious food at a fair price this place is worth a try.

Best ever, Korean version of Panda express!We ordered many dishes everyday while staying Hilton beach hotel, served food was instantly cooked and so fresh. The whole family, to get orders and to cook, has quick hands and that is why the female host looks unkind however she is just so busy. I've seen many foreigners confused of choosing what to order. The shop needs a menu dictionary to explain ingredients kindly to unfamiliar guests.

My wife and I chose this place because it had 4 stars reviews. The lady was very rude to the people in front of us. She got frustrated and made a comment. Right away, not a good vibe. Then when it was time for us to order, we ordered our food and my wife was counting the money and the lady made a comment. Very bad customer service.

Great Korean plate lunch take out place. Spicy chicken or squid stir-fry is fantastic. Location is close to the beach if you want to grab a bite and enjoy the sunset.

Excellent food, crazy service. One of the best plate lunch in Waikiki. I recommend the #38. But watch out for the lady who works there. You know how Seinfeld had an episode about a Soup Nazi? Well this lady is just like that. You better know exactly what you want or she'll get upset and give up on you and then she'll serve the next person in line instead. No plate lunch for you, one year! The most important thing to know is what 4 side items you want with your meal. Don't even try to tell her just 1 of your 4 choices while you hum and huh about the rest. She won't even begin to scoop that macaroni salad you just told her you wanted until you tell her all of the items you want. She'll just stand there staring at you saying "and then? And Then? AND THEN?!". You need to study up and be prepared before you walk into this place. But the food is great!

Huge portions! My husband and I shared the Na’s Special and it was a ton of food. The marinade on the chicken was fantastic.

After days of disappointing few Hawaiian foods, finally tried the good food with reasonable price. Typical American size(Great size!) of food and good taste. Recommended!

We ordered the Chicken Katsu plate and it was delicious. They gave us two large pieces of chicken, so we were glad we ordered only one plate for two, it was plenty of food.

Food was great. Good price for the amount of food, plenty of delicious meat. Service could be better if the lady could be more cheerful. She didn't seem to be excited to be there at all.

Good food except rude service. Lady looks like she hates her job. First time we thought she was just having a bad day and let if off but came back couple days later and she still raging at everything and everyone. Never coming back now

Underrated, best bang for your buck. Huge portions, tasty food. Can’t go wrong here. 100% recommend.

Tho place closes on sundays, so we ended up eating here for an early lunch on Monday. The lady must not like Monday’s! The customers before me started ordering and they brought their own water from their hotel and placed it on the counter while ordering their food. She took their food order and said “also water?” They were like no, this is from our hotel. She gave them the biggest glare back like they were lying and trying to steal from her. When asked what side dishes they wanted one of them wanted to know what one of the sides were. Her response and demeanour showed like she didn’t want to be there or hated Monday’s. Anyways, I got the Kal-bi (#1). Flavour was delicious, but the cut of the short ribs was bad. I had more fat on the beef short ribs than anything else. Normally I am able to get everything off to the bone, I couldn’t do that with these short ribs. They do give you large portions for the price. I just wish my meat was from a better cut.

A bit hidden but a great spot nonetheless. I got the bibimbap and it was decent. I've had better outside of Hawaii so I blame being spoilt. My friend bought the beef plate and the portion was insane. So much meat, I was indeed jealous. Its a great spot for a meal and very filling. There's nice patio tables to eat outside so enjoy the meal hot and fresh and beware of the birds that might want to join in too.

Found this little cafe while searching for take out dinner close to our hotel. LOVED it. Went back for a second time in our one week trip. The food was fresh, fast and very tasty. We had bbq chicken and beef ribs. Cash only. Only wish it was open later.

Good place to grab cheap breakfast, only a block or two from the beach.
